Sr. Manager, Strategy

Job Responsibilities: Manage the development of key long-term strategic initiatives for the Outlet division and ensure that they are executed successfully.
Lead cross-functional teams in the development of long-term (5 year) plans for specific categories/areas within the Outlet division.
Work with senior merchandisers, financial, real estate and consumer insight partners and other leaders within the Outlet division to develop comprehensive strategies.
Gain an understanding of the consumer, develop market and competitive positioning, evaluate alternatives and make strategic recommendations with corresponding financials.
Translate strategies into clear and actionable annual business plans.
Support as needed to ensure successful execution and ongoing (e.g., quarterly) progress measurement of business plans.
Update long-term strategic plans annually by performing ad hoc analysis as needed around market trends, consumer insight and competitor trends (e.g., pricing, assortment, in-store experience)
Develop strategy presentations to be delivered to senior level management (e.g., President of division, etc.) and other key business partners
Lead the annual LRP (long-range planning process)
Liason/Partner with brand strategy groups and Corporate Strategy as needed
Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses as relevant to support key initiatives. Lead teams as appropriate in this process.
