Sr.Quality Process Mgr. -CPG (2)

SUMMARY:  This position is responsible for wing-to-wing process improvement to deliver sustainable client-visible step change in retail audit quality.  Works closely with internal stakeholders to identify key quality characteristics and determine critical opportunity areas for quality improvement in custom audit products and services.  Evaluates existing process in contrast to quality requirements, identifies gaps, and recommends solutions. 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Able to lead cross-functional teams to take action to break down barriers between operating units/functions.

? Seeks out and draws on the expertise of colleagues in other functional areas.

? Coordinates the efforts of cross-functional teams toward a common purpose.

? Actively identifies opportunities associated with problems (e.g., new processes or procedures).

? Anticipates likely technical requirements in relationship to quality improvement

? Provides a framework to team members to approach quality improvement and addressing key customer issues.

? Tracks project milestones and keeps project on target despite competing demands

? Keeps stakeholders informed when working to resolve problems.

? Obtains resources needed to implement solutions and follows through to ensure all issues are resolved.

? Tests solutions before implementing them fully.

? Develops best practices and quality benchmarks.

? Anticipates and plans for process problems and exception handling.

? Ensures that team receives tools/techniques required to increase the quality of deliverables.

? Takes the needs of other groups/functions into account when establishing priorities and managing projects.

? Works with stakeholders to ensure requirements are communicated accurately for project setup and executed accurately all the way through end client deliverable.

 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

? B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent

? Complex problem-solving and cross-functional project management skills

? Aptitude for high data quality and process improvement

? 4-6 years working experience, with minimum 2 years project management experience

? Demonstrated results in process improvement or change management a plus

? Certified in Six Sigma or PMI preferred
