Job Description:

?  Functional manager of the Emerging Customer segment driving the overall marketing efforts to support P&L results.

?  Support the strategic vision and direction of the company.

?  Deliver the brand experience through the Web and catalog.

?  Prepare and execute strategic plans and budgets to achieve short and long term profit and loss responsibility.

?  Analyze complex information for the overall business unit to ensure strategic direction and execution.

?  Stay abreast of industry trends as well as emerging technologies for market expansion.

 

 

Job Qualifications:

?  Strong, working knowledge of Catalog/E-Commerce marketing and operations.

? Experience working in retail and with catalog based media.

?  Experience to include circulation planning, database management, internet marketing, merchandise and product development, and customer satisfaction.
