We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Operations Trainee to join the Manufacturing team in our Minster, Ohio plant.

 

The primary purpose of this position is to work with the Packaging and Technical team members to optimize packaging efficiencies, prepare for a technical leadership or engineering position and to learn the yogurt business.

 

RESPONSIBI LITIES will include: Facilitating and Supporting Projects; Management of  Small & Medium Capital projects; Function as back-up to Business Area Coach in maintenance area; Support corporate initiatives. Be ready for a great ride, and a super opportunity for growth!

 

TO QUALIFY, you will have:Bachelor of Science in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering;Min of one year in fast paced environment with critical timelines and budgets;The ability to learn and apply operating & technical principles rapidly, to multi-task and function in a matrix environment, to supervise teams of employees;Potential to serve as a change agent who is able to ?make it happen? while building positive relationships on a foundation of trust and mutual respect; to assume progressive leadership positions in other technical and/or operational areas, even if relocation is required; Strong business acumen and a good decision-making ability.
