Trade Marketing Manager - Fruit/Food Ingredients

We are working on our client?s behalf to confidentially locate and qualify a Trade Marketing Manager to support all three Directors of Sales and Marketing for Fruit Ingredients (North/Latin America, Europe/Middle East & Far East).

 

In this role, the chosen candidate will be:

 
Leading, analyzing and making recommendations based on market data
Driving the development of potential product applications or prototypes, providing sales driven input for potential new ingredient products
Creating, or supervising the creation of, all sales-support materials required
Leading in the development of a "trade platform"

 

To be successful in this role, you will need:
6-10 years minimum in consumer packaged goods or customer-oriented B2B marketing environment. A background in food products, food science or food design would be useful.
BA Degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, Nutrition or liberal arts; some business education helpful, especially in marketing or finance. MBA preferred.
Strong verbal skills/phone presence; ability to remain calm and professional in a high pressure situation; initiative to seek out issue resolution with minimal direction; good judgment; superior PC skills and aptitude for applying technology to improve business/marketing productivity: PC w/Microsoft Office products with particular emphasis on PowerPoint and Spreadsheet capabilities, E-mail, and Internet. Excellent organization and prioritization skills.
English, written and spoken. (Spanish would be beneficial)
