Usability Engineer

Usability Engineer Description: As the Usability Engineer you will conduct usability studies, analyzes data and write reports under the supervision of a Usability Engineer or Usability Manager. You will work closely with the product team to develop test questions and usability studies and oversee projects while working with the supervising Usability Engineer or Manager in identifying and addressing critical usability issues.

Requirements:
The qualified candidate will hold a Masters degree in Psychology, Human Factors or related field, or a Bachelors degree in the field plus equivalent work experience in Behavioral Science. Some work related experience in Human Machine Interaction or Usability is required. You must demonstrate skills in collecting and analyzing human behavioral data and have solid written and oral communication skills. You must be comfortable and confident in a team or independent work environment. Project Management experience is preferred.
