Retention Channel Expansion

The Retention Channel is a dynamic, high growth area focused on retaining Citi Cards customer accounts. This individual will manage retention planning and expansion activities with respect to Citi Cards portfolios along with other key strategic projects. Responsibilities include:

Expanding retention activities to new platforms and portfolios. Manage customer targeting and leveraging marketing channels in order to grow revenue for business units.

Leading strategic projects related to expanding into new segments and channels Working with analytic teams to deliver performance tracking and to identify business opportunities based on analyses



Qualifications:

Ability to drive cross-functional initiatives through work with business areas; effective team building abilities

Collaborative approach with focus on internal and external customer

Results-driven individual who can quickly and effectively develop creative business solutions

Strong analytic skills with excellent understanding of P&L drivers.

Independently structures new projects and identifies process improvements.

5-7 years experience in financial services, credit cards or relevant marketing (customer/account retention) area
