20 SHAREHOLDER ACCOUNT REPS NEEDED!

PrideStaff is a national staffing firm that specializes in temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire staffing all around the Phoenix Metro area.  Our client is a mutual fund/investment company located in the Scottsdale area looking for superstars to join their team. 

WE CURRENTLY HAVE 20 OPENINGS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONALS!!!

 

Main Duties:

-Responsible for providing service to shareholders and financial planners throughout the country.

-Primary responsibility is to assist callers with inquiries regarding their mutual fund accounts,

-Responsible for research and problem solving of the account

-Will be processing on-line account transactions, such as investments, redemptions, account maintenance and establishing new accounts, as well as contacting shareholders and brokers to clarify requests.

-No sales involved.

 

Minimum qualifications:

-Interest in learning about financial services, but no prior industry experience is necessary

-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

-Ability to gather and assess information in a fast-paced environment

-Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task

-Excellent PC/Internet skills

-Ability to apply considerable amounts of information

-Strong detail orientation

-Ability to work in a collaborative, team oriented environment

-Flexibility to work additional hours as needed

-Customer service in any industry preferred

-Must have stable job history ? no job hoppers please!
