403(b) Adv Associate Series 6

Description:
Process annuity and mutual fund transactions and provide service recovery for 403(b) plans. Work with clients and advisors by reviewing requirements for surrender of assets from this qualified plan and provide support on complex service recovery cases. The duties on this team include answering incoming phone calls, processing transactions, corresponding with clients case management and service recovery.

Qualifications:
NASD Series 6 and 63 licenses, or a willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire. Willingness to provide exceptional client service, strong attention to detail. Must be strong communicator, both verbally and in writing. Must also possess strong teamwork skills.
