ACCOUNT MANAGER

Harte-Hanks currently has several opportunities for Account Managers in our Glen Burnie, MD Data Center in both our Retail and Financial Services Departments. The Account Manager serves as the conduit through which all orders/jobs are received in this facility. The Account Manager will have contact with internal customers from throughout the company and occasionally our external customers. The Account Manager will ensure that all information necessary to process a job is captured and communicated accurately to all departments and will manage the job process throughout it?s journey through, including approval of final billing.



QUALIFICATIONS

Four year college degree in a related field or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 2+ years project management, customer service, direct marketing or service bureau experience requiredProven aptitude with various mainframe and PC applications (Excel, MS Office, etc.) Must possess excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills.Must be detail oriented and possess acute organizational skills.A basic understanding of data management/enhancement concepts.
