Position: Account Analyst - CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS NEEDED

Seattle-based, privately held, well-established manufacturer/distributor in Belltown is recruiting for a key position with our Sales Administration team. The ideal candidate would be very detail oriented, experienced with customer service, a pro active team player able to communicate effectively, maintain good relationships with customers, consumers and team members that we serve.

Primary responsibilities:
? Inventory forecasting and analysis (experience helpful but not required.)
? Order entry, item set-up and pricing maintenance
? Account communication regarding orders, inventory, shipping, logistics and sales analysis
? Interacts daily with multiple departments to ensure efficient completion and documentation of the order process for national customers
? Use of customer data interface for analysis as well as using our in-house inventory system.

Required Skills and Qualifications include:
? At least 2 years experience in customer service
? Intermediate experience using Excel and Access a must
? Computer proficiency using MS Office
Experience with consumer goods helpful but not required
? Prior experience with Apprise Software a plus.
? Must be comfortable with some job related travel.
