Account Manager - Customer Service

CUSTOMER SERVICE   YORK Label is a printer and converter of custom, pressure-sensitive labels. From design through manufacture YORK supplies labels - primary product identification, functional, variable data, promotional, multi-panel booklets - to a wide range of markets and Fortune 500 companies, as well as companies that represent niche markets. 

To complement our label production, YORK has a complete Integrated Systems Division which offers labeling, data collection, and printing systems for manufacturing, warehouse, and retail environments.

We are currently searching for someone to join our customer service team in the position of customer service coordinator.  This position requires a high level of detail, excellent communication skills and intermediate computer skills with internet based applications and Microsoft Office programs.

 

The successful candidate should posses the following:

 

? Customer service experience in a service-oriented manufacturing environment

? Effective verbal/written communication skills

? Able to identify, analyze, and solve problems

? Able to meet critical deadlines and measures

? Handle multiple projects simultaneously in this fast-paced environment

? Set goals that are compatible with those of the company

 

The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy interacting with internal and external customers.  College degree preferred.
