Account Representative

Looking for an individual seeting a fast-paced work environment that has experience with excellen customer service and communication.

Primary Responsibilities:

v  Monitor incoming work using JMS Expeditor Board and WAM queue

v  Assign and re-assign work in JCS and JMS to composition teams

v  Keep regional comp staff at capacity, move work across teams as necessary

v  Liason between clients and customer service.

v  Monitor hot jobs

v  Awareness of job duties of surrounding coworkers.

v  Communicating progress and time lines to clients.

v  Providing back-up support to other regional expeditors

v  Managing jobs through the entire process, responsible for completion of jobs.

v  Proactive communications with Customer Service regarding job status

 

Requirements:

v  Excellent oral and written communication skills

v  Knowledge of composition and customer service process

v  Change-agent

v  Computer savvy

v  Self-motivated

v  Positive attitude

v  Has a good relationship with Customer Service

v  Technically sound

v  Possess attitude of asking how we can help versus telling client what we can do

v  ONE TEAM attitude ? dedicated by regions but the hub is still one team
