Accounting Software Support Analyst

Seeking Accounting Or Warehouse/Manufacturing Professionals

Do you have experience in Warehouse operations?  Do you understand the workflow from Purchase Order through Sales?  Do you have a grasp of Inventory concepts?  Or do you have accounting background similar to a Controller or Full Charge Bookkeeper, or a Business or  Accounting Degree, this individual should posses a strong background in the functions of General Ledger and accounting, and knowledge of Financial Statements. The ideal candidate will have experience in Inventory Management, Sales Order, Purchase Order, or eCommerce.  Additional familiarity with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable is desired.  Further work experience with Bill of Materials, Work Order, and Material Requirements Planning is welcome.  We have a very extensive training program to insure our Customer Service Support team members provide the best service to our customers.  The ability to work with Crystal Reports, knowledge of relational databases, import and export functions, ODBC and SQL is a plus!

 


SOFTWARE CUSTOMER SUPPORT ANALYST: Here is the perfect opportunity for you to put your customer service and problem-solving skills to work as a Customer Support Analyst; this position is responsible for providing first-line customer service support to customers for our software products (MAS90 & MAS200) in a call center environment.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide general procedural and technical assistance to Sage Software customers while maximizing customer satisfaction and promoting added value with every interaction (other duties may be assigned).

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelors degree and/or one to three years related experience. Satisfactory completion of pre-hire and post-hire skills assessments required for this position.

LANGUAGE SKILLS: Effective written and oral communications skills, professional communications via e-mail, and the ability to positively interact at a professional level on the phone. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations; ability to write reports, technical notes, business correspondence and procedures as well as to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
