Accounts Receivable Analyst for high-end fashion

ELIE TAHARI, an exclusive women?s fashion company is currently searching for an Accounts Receivable Analyst in our Millburn, NJ Corporate Headquarters.

 

In this position, responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

?  Contacting and following-up with assigned accounts ? primarily major Department Stores.

?  Researching and resolving chargeback issues in a timely manner. 

?  Working with internal departments and customers to improve collection and/or

reduction of charge backs.

 

Qualifications:

 

?  Minimum of 2 years experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections with

major department stores

?  Apparel industry experience a plus.

?  Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and AS400.

?  Strong Written and Verbal communication skills are a must.
