Activation Associate

Exciting opportunity for someone interested in working for a global organization in Downtown San Diego.

I.Background.
As a member of the Retail Activation team, the Activation Associate will support the activation of customer accounts externally and internally.
Specific Responsibilities

-Customer enrollment submitted and confirmed with respective utility - 20%
-Customer set-up and maintenance within various billing and settlement systems - 20%
-Confirm and maintain account and meter attributes - 15%
-Confirm and maintain various billing inputs -10%
-Daily system sync, ensuring data properly interfaced as designed and intended - 35%

II.Experience Requirements
A candidate for this position must have 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a process oriented environment. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, problem solving skills, and critical thinking skills are preferred candidate qualities.

III.Education Requirements
A college degree in business, accounting or economics is preferred
