Activation Support Team Representatives
ICE ( International Cruise & excursions) has an awesome opportunity for Activation Support Team Reps to join our Outbound Call Center Team!
We currently have bot both full time & part time positions. The schedule would be evenings & weekends, with 2 days off during the week ( Thursday & Friday).
Position Purpose:
To provide outbound Welcome call and Activation of new Cruise Point Members and RCI Cruise Surveys with the highest level of quality customer service. To assist management as requested with recommendations and input on call results, processes, procedures, etc.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
q Interact with customers, co-brands, resort personnel, vendors and co-workers in a positive, professional manner;
q Work in a team environment, handling calls and servicing customers with questions or issues that are of a ?customer service/support? nature
q Provide high quality customer service and product knowledge when answering questions and resolving issues regarding Cruise Points Memberships, RCI Surveys and related services
q Promptly reply to customer emails, return phone calls within 24 hours, prompt follow through, resolve issues in a timely and appropriate manner
q Prompt follow through in documenting customer contacts, actions taken, updating member data in the database, asking for assistance from other departments as warranted, etc.

q Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
q Excellent listening skills
q Ability to handle multiple tasks by prioritization
q Excellent time management skills
q Ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime when approved
q Ability to operate general office equipment: fax, copier, etc.
q Self motivated and able to learn quickly
q Ability to work in a fast paced, quickly changing environment
Minimum Qualifications for Considerationq Typing 25+ wpm
q High School diploma
q Computer knowledge, to include Microsoft Office programs
q Willingness and ability to be trained on company programs
q Willingness to work evenings and weekends
Working Conditions
q Deskwork performing inbound and outbound phone calls 6+ hours per day.
q Use of the telephone with a headset is standard
q Must have the ability to use a telephone keypad, computer keyboard (regular or modified), view computer monitor (regular or modified), and operate fax machine and/or copier
