Description:
Join an award winning service team in the Outside Distribution Service Department. Provide excellent customer service and problem solving to fixed and variable annuities clients and brokers. Communicate and work closely with a variety of business partners. Handle account inquiries, input transactions, generate and mail forms, explain policy rules, clarify fund information, describe tax issues, research and resolve account problems in response to customer requests over the phone.

Qualifications:
Candidates should be self motivated individuals who enjoy working in a team environment, are detail oriented, and possess strong customer service skills including excellent verbal communication skills; sound decision making skills; ability to work in a fast paced environment managing multiple high priority tasks effectively; able to make sound decisions; basic understanding of the internet, web sites, and computers; ability to identify process improvements; ability to manage service issues and research; knowledge of fixed and variable annuity contracts, as well as life insurance products a big plus.



Candidates must be flexible to work a 8 1/2 hour shift, including lunch and breaks, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Central Time Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime available. Shifts are assigned based on seniority and performance, and may be adjusted based on business need.
