Position Description:

DESCRIPTION:

The Agent Sales Support Team Leader positions will lead and support teams that are critical components of providing differentiated support service to top producing Long Term Care Career Sales agents. These support teams exist to not only expedite the volume of new business generated by these top agents but to also serve as a significant contributor to our efforts to retain top industry sales talent. The Team Leaders will be responsible for monitoring team performance, identify service and process improvement opportunities, and work with team leadership to train and develop associates.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Direct and analyze workflow for teams that support top producing Career Sales Agents.
* Provide leadership, guidance and serve as a subject matter expert to team members.
* Interface with top producers and sales leaders to gather feedback that measures the effectiveness of the services offered and the team's performance.
* Identify system and process enhancement opportunities within the various services offered.
* Work in conjunction with Training and Support Leaders to train and develop team members on processes, systems, products and services offered to top producers.
* Identify team and individual performance enhancement opportunities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

* 3-5 years of customer service experience.
* 2 or more years of team leadership experience.
* 2 or more years of experience with computers and Microsoft Office programs, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work in a fast paced, continuous change environment.
* Experience in supporting quality standards and enforcement of processes.
* Excellent problem solving and research skills.
* Experience in an insurance or financial service sales organization, particularly Long Term Care insurance.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a sales environment
* Insurance administrative systems experience.
* Life and Health licensed.
