Position Overview

The Access Group is seeking an Analyst Account Manager to become part of the Investment Research Services team (IRS) that supports clients with IDC research. This position affords an excellent opportunity to work with a portfolio of financial accounts to deepen client relationships, manage deliverables and achieve maximum business results.

Responsibilities

This position requires the development of in-depth knowledge of IDC research and client needs. The Analyst Account Manager is charged with ensuring delivery of high levels of research and inquiry fulfillment as well as working proactively with client contacts to develop business and to define new service offerings. The Analyst Account Manager will have significant contact with clients at major financial firms, IDC Research Analysts on a global level and the IDC sales team.

Skills and Experience

Requirements include knowledge of the Information Technology Industry, 2+ years of experience in a customer support or sales role. Must also have the ability to work within a team environment, possess superior verbal and written communication skills, exceptional project management skills and be a self-starter. A college degree is required. The position is based in Framingham, MA.
