Application Consultant

Global Securities Information Inc, a Thomson West business, the foremost provider of e-information services and solutions  to the legal market, is seeking a highly driven Sales Trainer to join our team. GSI specializes in the real time dissemination of vital corporate information released by the SEC and other Government agencies that oversee the financial markets.  A Sales Trainer will be responsible for planning, organizing, and presenting LIVEDGAR training sessions to our prestigious client base. Essential functions include selling GSI online platform products and services, while providing continuous customer support and training. Territory will include Washington, DC, Philadelphia and Wilmington.  Candidate could be located in Washington or Philadelphia.  Travel is 50%, no overnights required.

 

Minimum 3 years experience in training, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.

Strong marketing background.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

PC skills including MS Office proficiency.

Legal or finance background strongly preferred.

Indepth knowledge of SEC filings or LIVEDGAR is a Plus.
