Responsibilities to include, but are not limited to: engaging in heavy phone contact, placing orders for Commercial Sales Department, providing support to sales staff, tracking shipments and interfacing with other departments on outstanding orders.

AA/AS Degree, Technical/Business School Certificate or Diploma, Skilled Trade Apprenticeship, or other post high school training (two years duration) with a minimum of 5 years experience.

The successful candidate will have an Associate (`9s Degree with 3+ years experience and be proficient in MS Office. Must possess the ability to handle multiple tasks, possess excellent customer service and communication skills and possess the ability to problem solve. Prior HVAC experience preferred.
