This position involves making outbound calls to businesses located in many targeted geographical areas throughout the country. The Appointment Setter explains the service and sets an appointment time for our outside sales reps to perform an on-site payment processing review.

 

Requirements:



?  Call center, outbound-calling or interpersonal sales experience.

?  Customer Focus: phone skills, verbal communications skills, listening skills, handling objections, organization skills

?  Product knowledge & verbal presentation skills

?  High energy individuals for a team oriented environment

 

Pay Comments:

Due to high growth, we are a fast-paced, energetic company where success is based upon teamwork and employee input. The Appointment Setter position at Abanco Int., offers one of the most generous compensation packages of any call center in San Diego. The hours of operation are 6:30-3:00 M-F but can be flexible if the employee requires a later start time. Total weekly pay fluctuates based on the number of appointments set. Top-end producers are earning $35 per hour; overall average earnings of $16 per hour company wide; including $9 per hour guaranteed base pay + the weekly bonuses and spiffs.
