Appraisal Coordinator

We currently have multiple full time DAYTIME and EVENING positions available Charlotte, NC Office:

 

 APPRAISAL COORDINATOR

 2PM TO 11PM   REF.  NO. 21608AM TO 5PM  REF.  NO.  2164

 

Responsibilities include:

-  Assign orders to vendors via computer.

-  Monitor service levels and turntime of services delivered by vendors.

-  Regularly note status/actions in production systems.

-  Provide internal and external communications as required for the completion of the order.

-  Navigate the computer systems, operate numerous software applications and the Internet to  troubleshoot customer issues and process orders.

-  Produce client-specific reports according to specifications.

-  Meet production standards.

-  Additional duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications: Please list as bullet points or in paragraph form.

 

-  Familiarity with all aspects of appraisal products including compliance standards and USPAP criteria, typically gained through experience as an appraiser or during certification process.

-  Previous experience in banking or mortgage environment preferred.

-  PC proficiency including working knowledge of the Internet.

-  Excellent attention to detail.

-  Ability to work independently within a team environment.

-  Ability to work in a structured environment.

-  Effective verbal and written communication skills.

-  Previous experience working in a quota driven environment where meeting daily, weekly and monthly goals was 

  required.

-  Customer Service background.

-  High school diploma/GED
