Customer Service Representative for Premier Fremont Company!!!


Receive, investigate, and respond to all customer inquiries regarding shipments, products and concerns. Communicate with production and sales departments in regards to customer inquiries. Input phone/fax/e-mail orders and maintain customer data in the manufacturing data system.

Responsibilities?
Communicate with customers using various media.
Receive and enter customer orders in data systems.
Assist in developing price negotiations with customers
Act as a focal communication point for all parties in processing, manufacturing and shipment of customer orders.
Expedite orders and shipments with manufacturing and transportation companies.
Make changes to orders as required.
Initiate manufacturing orders for lost or replacement parts.
Maintain electronic customer files.
Solicit new or additional business from customers.


Requirements...

High School Diploma or GED
Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Computer literate with experience in a call center environment
Ability to type 30-35 wpm and pass a Call center / Data entry exam.
