Assistant Manager of Support Services

 

Weichert Corporate Housing is in search of an Assistant Manager of Support Services.  The candidate should be detail-oriented, customer driven and a proven leader.

   

Qualified applicants will possess 2 - 5 years related Corporate Housing, Relocation Industry or Operations experience, strong management skills, and the ability to develop and manage external and internal relationships.

 

Job Description:

The Assistant Manager of Support Services will be responsible for managing the daily operation of the Support Services department, which includes the following functions:  Reservations, Lease Review, Notices, Unit Management. 

 

Responsibilities will include managing the team responsible for:

?  Vacancy control.  This involves tracking lease end dates, inquiring with the tenant to see if they need to extend the lease, and if so, coordinating this with the property.

?  Reviewing the lease with the property against the lease with the tenant.

?  Reservations

?  Unit Management, which sets up, turns and breaks down the Weichert Corporate Housing units.  This includes utility/phone/cable orders, furniture orders, unit turns, and trouble shooting.

?  Resolving any customer service issues including, but not limited to, phone services, cable services, high-speed internet requests, apartment keys, maintenance requests.

?  Manage staff productivity, responsiveness, staffing, desk coverage.

 

 

Qualifications:

College degree preferred

HS Diploma required

Strong written and oral communication skills are necessary with a proven track record of team leadership and an ability to motivate team members.

Knowledge of basic accounting functions and a propensity for numbers. 

Strong customer and client service background required with the ability to solve problems quickly and equitably.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
