Position: Assistant Site Manager
Job Summary:
?Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding quickly and effectively to customer needs. Continuously improve FM operating procedures by working with the Site Manager in analyzing current systems, modifying, creating, and/or eliminating processes to guarantee accurate and timely service. Responsible for all production and conduct of employees within the site as well as accompanying records for DTI and client relations.
Responsibilities & Essential Functions:
? Assist in the training, management of and evaluation of all personnel assigned to the site.
? Maintains Site filing system; including tracking and entering all data for the Monthly Management record.
? Provide excellent customer service to create value for all customers
? Continuously look for opportunities to increase our ability to further serve the customer
? Demonstrate proficiency in explaining all products, services, turnaround times, delivery schedules an guarantees to customers
? Assist in maintaining proper inventory
? Serves as the liaison between DTI, the client?s administration, and DTI site employees.
? Assists in the orientation of client personnel to DTI?s method of operation within the site.
? Coordinates and assists to conduct site specific training with all DTI site team members
? Assists with performance reviews of all DTI site personnel assigned to the site.
? Works with Site Manager to collect all information necessary to provide the client with monthly management reports.
? Ensures compliance with performance standards and makes sure hours of operation are covered without incurring overtime.
? Works with employees to meet their individual needs and site objectives.
? Maintains facility that is organized and meets tour quality standards at all times.
? Comply with DTI policy that any information seen during the copy process is strictly confidential and is never to leave the copy center and never to be talked about to anyone.
Required Characteristics: Ability to operate all office services equipmentGood telephone skills and customer service orientationEffective written and verbal communication skillsFlexibility in dealing with simultaneous projectsStrong organization skillsStrong interpersonal skillsReflect the ability to work harmoniously with others.
Required Credentials: High School Diploma or equivalentPossess a minimum of 2 years professional level work experience in a production environment, preferably a photocopy or printing facility with one or more years supervisory and/or management experience.
