Associate Loan Officer:  The primary function of this role is to participate in a 1 year structured sales certification program that helps develop the necessary sales skills needed to succeed in the sales organization. In addition, the Sales Associates act as the primary lead generation arm for all of sales, helping to qualify potential customers and increase overall sales revenue.  The Sales Development Group acts as a feeder organization for the retail sales force with a primary focus on recruiting, training and graduating next generation Sales Leaders. The goal is to be deployed into the sales force utilizing the skills obtained in the Sales Associate Training Program.

 

Essential Job Functions Responsible for understanding Champion?s wide ranging product offerings and competitive issues associated with mortgage solutions. Participate in training exercises to increase overall awareness on Champion's products and strategy on how to generate customer interest and overcome any objections. Participate in weekly role playing that test sales skills, messaging and communication ability. Responsible for creating and executing against a personal action plan specific to growth and development in the program. Work in a team environment with Loan Officer Sales Force. Prospect and profile potential customers via the telephone. Make a minimum of live transfers and/or calls per day to enhance lead generation skills. Meeting a quota for daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation goals. Track impact with respect to closed business. Produce all relevant reports to Sales Manager in an accurate and timely manner.

 

Job Requirements Prior sales experience preferred but not required

? Strong written, oral and listening skills

? High School Diploma or Equivalent
