Audio Technical Advisor/Help Desk

Full-time customer service position with industry leader in audio equipment and components for the serious audiophile. Work in their technical support center to provide telephone support in the design, installation and repair of audio systems for homes, cars and business.

Qualifications include strong knowledge of audio equipment and components, and technical aptitude for troubleshooting and problem solving.

Solid opportunity with a growing company located convenient to I-75 just south of Dayton, OH area. Hours will be an eight-hour shift between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday.
