Audit Specialist - Factoria, WA

Position Summary – Support Sales Operations and Trendwest Executives in an auditing and performance reporting role. Leverage developing technology to create reports and provide management with insightful, actionable, value-added analysis. Support development of future Sales Operations functions and departments. Support regions and site level functions through accurate reporting and auditing. 1.  Duties & Responsibilities - Briefly describe the major duties, responsibilities and  essential functions of the job and the % of work time spent on each:Description of duties, responsibilities and essential functions   Develop, Maintain and Enhance Performance reporting - 60% 
Partner with Sales Operations and Executive Team to develop key reports.
Maintain and audit operational reports to support development of benchmarks and trends which will improve department effectiveness.
Create insightful analysis to help management monitor performance, opportunities, and initiatives.
Monitor compensation structures versus performance, play key role in developing new structures to drive performance.
Partner with Compensation to calculate performance bonuses.
Serve as a liaison between various reporting groups and Sales Operations.  Support Future Development – 20% 
Partner with management to create the business case to justify potential expansion plans.
Analyze current and future reporting needs in order to maintain overall effectiveness. Special Projects – 20% Total   100%

1.  Minimum Qualifications Required - Describe the amount and type of education and experience required to perform the essential job functions, including any required certifications or professional licenses:?  Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel?  Ability to efficiently manage large amounts of data?  2-4 years of experience working in a reporting role?  Must be able to perform in a dynamic and changing business environment 2.  Preferred Qualifications — Describe any additional education and experience that you would like to see in this position, but that is not required for the position:
Knowledge of current CTRG reporting platforms (example, BRIO, Panagon, E.piphany)
2-4 years experience working in a reporting/auditing role.
