Manufacturing Company looking to add a Customer Service Representative!
Our client, a manufacturing company located in Mundelein, is looking for an ambitious candidate with at least 1 year Customer Service in a MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY. This is not a call-center. Ideal candidate will be ambitious and want to assist in the continued growth of this company and share in its success! Unlimited advancement potential!
Job repsonsibilities include, but not limited to:
Respond to customer resuests and discrepencies.
Generate incoming orders via phone, email, fax and from sales team.
Process quotes for new customer and existing customer inquiries.
Become knowlegable of product lines and make product recommendations.
Clarify general product descriptions and technical information.
Check status of open orders within production departments.
Inventory maintenance for specific customers.
Troubleshoot and process Returned Goods Authorizations.
Track lost/delayed shipments via UPS/FedEX as needed.
Work closely with sales and warehouse staff to keep everyone up to date on customer accounts.
Assist other departments as needed or as directed by the Customer Serivce Supervisor.
THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE POSITION! Salary commensurate with experience. Company offers a full benefits package and bonuses based on company's annual profits. Please include salary history with resume.
