Infinity Insurance Company is a leader in the auto insurance industry with over 988 million in gross written premium last year. Due to our continued growth in the state of Texas, we are currently seeking an experienced telephone Auto Adjuster for our field office in Southwest Arlington.

This position is responsible for the investigation, evaluation and negotiation of settlement for assigned physical damage and bodily injury claims via the telephone. Ensures that all claims are concluded promptly, equitably and economically within the provisions of the insurance contract and in accordance with the damages.

Candidates must have a high school degree with at least 6 months prior property and casualty claims handling experience. Requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to deal effectively with conflict. Bilingual Spanish/English communication skills strongly preferred. Must be able to work effectively amid constant interruptions in order to meet deadlines.
