BILINGUAL CALL CENTER REPS! IMMEDIATE NEED!

IMMEDIATE NEED!!!  EXPERIENCED BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH SPEAKING CUSTOMER SERVICE or CALL CENTER REPS!!!

? Provide outstanding customer service and assistance in an inbound call center environment.

? Answer specific product/service questions and sell additional product/service.

 

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: 

? Upsell additional coverage on all eligible calls.

? Handle all customer communications with confidence, courtesy, and professionalism

? Must exhibit excellent customer service and sales skills

? Continuously portray a high level of proper grammar and verbal skills

? Answer product questions in a timely and efficient manner focusing on the quality of work to meet client objectives

? Demonstrate thorough and accurate knowledge of the computer information system with accuracy and competence.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:





? Positive and professional speaking voice



? Excellent communication skills

? Experience using PC/Windows based programs

? Active listening and comprehension skills

? Ability to take direction

? Strong interpersonal skills

? 6 months or more experience in sales or service role
