We are a growing, dynamic distribution company, currently located in City of Industry, will be relocating to Ontario, CA in Sept. / Oct. this year. We are currently seeking professional individual to join our team.

 

Basic Function

 

To process orders, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. To perform this job successfully, an individual shall have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the customer service field. This position relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job under immediate supervision of the Order Fulfillment Systems (OFS) Manager.

This position requires a high school diploma, an Associate Degree or some college coursework or equivalent in a related area and / or equivalent training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

 

Experience

 

Prior customer service experience helpful.
