The BILINGUAL?CLAIMS TRAINEE will be provided career related training to develop skills and acquire knowledge necessary to investigate and resolve personal lines liability/bodily injury claims via telephone or face to face investigation or negotiation.? They would also be responsible for the handling of claims in accordance with prescribed authority and according to claims best practices. No experience necessary if you hold a bachelors degree and/or 4 years experience in claims, customer service or medical environment.? You should also possess general knowledge of business practices and procedures.? Prefer familiarity with various property/casualty insurance products.? Must be bilingual in Spanish.

Position?require excellent written/oral communication skills, top notch organization skills, and the ability to efficiently operate a personal computer and software for claims-related and other business applications.
