Consumer Credit Counseling Service, a non-profit agency that provides money management education and budget/credit counseling. We are seeking multiple Bilingual Client Service Representatives for our office in Atlanta, GA.

 

Full Time and Part Time Positions are available.

 

Responsibilities include:Answering an average of 90 ? 100 contacts (email and telephone calls) per dayAnswering complex questions, problem solving & inputting dataMatching new clients with the appropriate CCCS services while making referrals to other organizations

 

Requirements include:Fluent Spanish and English writing and speaking skillsAssociate?s degree or 2 years of call center experience in a high production environment Satisfactory credit and criminal background check
