Bilingual Collection / Customer Service Representative

We are looking for experienced collectors with at least 1 year of experience working difficult commercial or consumer accounts.  In this position you will contact small business owners via phone in an attempt to collect on an overdue debt.  Collectors must be able to answer customers? questions regarding their lease, negotiate a payment in full or an acceptable payment schedule.  Collectors must also be familiar with skip-tracing techniques to locate customers.  In addition to outbound collection calls, you will handle inbound customer service calls on current accounts. 

 

 

Duties would include:

?  Researching and resolving customer disputes and inquiries regarding their lease agreements in a timely manner

?  Communicating via phone, mail, email, or fax with customers in response to inquiries

?  Working with other departments as necessary to resolve customer disputes/inquires

?  Processing and responding to mail sent by customers, and performing other duties as directed

 

 

Location:  Woburn

 

Working Hours: 9:00 ? 5:30 PM or higher salaried 11:30 ? 8:00 PM

 

Computer Skills:  Basic keyboarding, data entry, Word

 

Experience:  Collections 1yr answering high volume of calls

 

Characteristics:  Pleasant telephone manner. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish. Good organizational skills. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to ensure that all are completed timely.

 

Education:  High School diploma or equivalent work experience
