Requirements:

In this high-customer contact position, you will be responsible for contacting delinquent mortgage loan customers through an auto dialer system for outbound calls and through receiving inbound calls. In addition, you will assist customers with inquiries, disputes and payment posting issues, while maintaining awareness of the need to conduct all collection activities within state, federal and company regulations/guidelines.

High school diploma or GED and one plus years? related experience and/or training are required. Must be self-motivated with proven customer service skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities are strongly desired. Previous collections and/or mortgage servicing experience are a plus. Auto dialer experience is preferred. Various schedules are available.
