Bilingual Customer Service Rep

Administrative Services Inc. is a fully owned subsidiary of American Benefit Plan Administrators, the leading national administrator in the Taft Hartley Union benefit market. We offer third party administration of employee benefits including medical, dental, vision and pension plans.

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Rep.

Responsibilities:Answer telephone inquiries from members?and providers regarding claim payments and eligibility? Verify benefits to providers for the member's health, dental and vision plans. Keep accurate records of benefits given. Recognize and refer calls to supervisor appropriately.

Qualifications:Excellent communications skills. Familiar with health health claims provisions including COBRA, COB, HIPPA and Medicare. Previous customer service experience in a claims center. Excellent follow-up skills. Bilingual Spanish and English.

Our office is located just off I-285 in the Northlake Parkway/Tucker area. Our office hours are 8 to 5 Mondays through Thursday and 8 to 4 on Fridays. We offer an excellent benefit package including medical, dental, vision and 401K.
