Aimco is currently seeking a Leasing Consultant for our 280-unit apartment community located in Charlotte, NC.  This enthusiastic sales and customer service oriented professional will be responsible for the consumer life cycle including acquisition of consumers, excellent resident service, retention and separation of residents. The Consultant will lease apartments in accordance with policy and procedures set by AIMCO, assist in marketing the community and generating traffic, and follow the scripted sales processes which includes: answering incoming calls using a telephone script, scheduling sales appointments, greeting future residents, presenting the available rental units through personal tours, and following up on inquires.
