Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Makes outbound or takes inbound calls from customers
- Records information in customer PC file to update status of account and any
other necessary information
- Makes decisions based on guidelines provided by the department
Experience & Qualifications Required:
- Bilingual: Must be fluent in English & Spanish
- Call Center Experience
- Customer Service Experience
- Working knowledge of PC's with intermediate keyboard skills
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in writing
- Basic math skills
- Good spelling and grammar
- Excellent phone etiquette
Compensation:
Excellent annual salary, based on experience & qualifications
