opportunity with Nielsen Media Research. We are looking for an enthusiastic
communicator who will persuade targeted families to participate in TV research
as a Nielsen family. This individual will build and maintain supportive
relationships with each of these families as a?MEMBERSHIP REPRESENTATIVE!
Nielsen Media Research has been the leader in the Television Ratings Industry
for over 50 years. Nielsen Media Research measures television audiences and
reports data to television networks, local affiliates, cable operator/networks,
program syndicators, and advertising agencies.
Membership Representatives make personal visits to potential Nielsen families,
and advise them that their participation in the ratings will help represent the
television-viewing sample in their area. Nielsen families will have their daily
viewing gathered and reported in the Nielsen sample. Membership
Representatives will maintain relationships with these families in order to
help ensure ongoing family participation and customer service.
This position will allow for a non traditional work schedule with 50-75%
travel, to include some overnights. This unique position with Nielsen Media
Research offers the

? $ 30,000.00 base salary, potential for
overtime, $1500 language differential to those who
qualify potential for
overtime, and a bonus potential which could exceed $8,000.
In addition to a professional, get-it-done attitude, the successful candidate
must possess the following qualities:
. Bilingual Spanish required
? Self-motivated
? Excellent organizational skills
? Ability to meet deadlines
? Communication proficiency in all formats
? Experience working with children
. 50-75% travel required
? Sales experience
? MS Windows experience
? College degree or equivalent experience
