NCO is the leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing including accounts receivable management w/ Int?l & multi state locations. Our Columbus, Ohio location is currently seeking 5 Bilingual (Spanish) Collection Representatives.

This position will be responsible for negotiating payment arrangements with debtors on third party debt, meeting monthly goals, and demonstrating strong communication skills, principally by phone. Collectors must be incentive-driven, outgoing, reliable, have the ability to make good judgment decisions, and must enjoy working in a high-volume call center.

We are seeking entry-level and experienced collectors.

Qualifications include:
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule. A high school diploma or GED Certificate, and basic computer skills. Must be highly motivated, self directed, customer focused & committed to service excellence. Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
