Job Description: Prominent deed servicing company seeking ultra-friendly, professional, bilingual Spanish customer service person with a minimum of 6 months experience in the mortgage or title industry. Will work from a script to promote products or services by telephone, email, fax or mail. Create further interest in the company's services by inviting customers to utilize all services and products offered. Process and deliver products, information kits and brochures to interested clients. Arrange appointments with customers for signing, notarizing and filling out document request forms. Record changes to contact details in the database and note follow up action. Update the database with changes and status of each customer or perspective customer.
