BILINGUAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES

We seek experienced technical support professionals to handle inbound customer calls by providing troubleshooting support for wireless equipment and Alltel products. 1-2 years of technical support experience and 1-2 years customer service/call center skills are required. Select Req #202848

All positions require bilingual English/Spanish (reading, writing and speaking), type at least 45 wpm, a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays and weekends.
