Billing Representative

We're looking for a personable and detail oriented individual to provide accurate and timely invoicing to Canon U.S.A., Inc.'s national account customers and dealers. Drawing upon your exceptional customer service skills, you will maintain customer account information, support national account sales representatives, and respond to customer billing inquiries.

The ideal candidate should have 1-2 year's prior billing experience, along with outstanding oral and written communication skills. Must be pc literate using a windows based environment and possess intermediate competency with Microsoft word and excel. Solid mathematical skills are required.
