Requirements
Bose Corporation offers a special billing plan which allows customers to make monthly payments using their own credit card. Individual Bose Payment Plan accounts are monitored and when an account falls past due the Billing and Collection Team is notified.

We are looking for excellent candidates to maximize results by bringing past due accounts into good standing, while maintaining Bose Advocacy.

Skills
Excellent sales or collection experience with strong interpersonal skills are among the essential qualities of a successful Bose Collector.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales/service environment
Strong computer skills are required. Knowledge of SAP, Seibel, EDGE, and Excel is a plus.

Call center is open Monday - Saturday. Candidate must be able to work on a flexible schedule which may include Saturdays and holidays as warranted.
