Broadband Customer Care Representative

Momentum Telecom, Inc. offers exciting career opportunities for experienced individuals who are passionate about teamwork, service and dedication to hard work.  Momentum Telecom is seeking highly talented Broadband Customer Care Representatives for our Call Center.

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

To provide prompt, effective, and courteous customer support by receiving, investigating and responding to all customer inquiries regarding billing, service, and complaints utilizing in-depth knowledge of company products, product technology, and company resources.  We have a high call volume with a less than 1 minute hold time.  You must be willing to take continuous calls throughout the day.

 

Hours for this position may be 9 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. every 3rd Saturday.

 

Requirements:

? At least 2 years of Broadband experience

? Strong interpersonal and communication skills, good voice and diction

? Ability to work as a member of a team

? Effective stress management

? High level of energy and initiative

? Proficiency in Windows-based applications

? Telecommunications or Voice over Internet Protocol experience a plus but not required.
