Broadband Customer Support Representative

Call center is a 24/7 facility. Training hrs are 8-5pm for 4 weeks but, after the 4th week, shift will be assigned which may start anywhere from 5am to 11pm. Job Information: General Statement of Duties: Provide in-bound call support to Windstream's Broadband and Internet customer base, to include first call resolution and up-selling products and/or features to customers. Provide exceptional technical support to enhance the customer's experience and retain Windstream customer loyalty. Essential Functions:Provide telephone and computer support to customers to ensure needs are met and service issues are resolved in an efficient and satisfactory manner; Multi-task with each customer for problem resolution, education and sales opportunities while managing customer interactions for performance goal attainment.
