We are currently looking for a Business Center Team Manager. Please read on for more details regarding this position.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

SUMMARY:

 

Provide leadership to team members through guidance and direction to achieve the office goals and financial objectives. Communicate and exemplify high-standards of behavior and commitment to quality customer service and underwriting integrity. Responsibilities include attainment of quality and phone performance goals, coaching and development of staff and monitoring processes to ensure consistent practices.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES:

 

Monitor workload, workflow and customer service to ensure maximum efficiency

Develop and train staff

Establish and monitor individual/team goals and performance plans based on the overall Business Center and Personal Lines objectives

Work on special projects

Accountable for team's quality assurance process, results and corrective actions

Identify and gain underwriting approval for exceptions

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

Teamwork - including working across teams

Communications skills

Agency Management/Project Management

Two-year previous management or leadership experience

Demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal skills

Demonstrated knowledge of business center operations

Insurance or previous business background

Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

Systems knowledge and comprehension
